Terms and Conditions
Hotel Alpha Fribourg — In effect as of January 1, 2025
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Campus Hotel SA, operator of Hotel Alpha Fribourg, located at Rue du Simplon 13, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland, and any guest making a reservation with the establishment.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reservations
Reservations can be made:
- via the hotel website
- by email
- by telephone
- via online booking platforms (OTA)
A reservation is considered confirmed once the hotel sends a written confirmation.
Certain offers or promotional rates may have specific conditions indicated at the time of booking.
4. Reservation Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to guarantee any reservation.
Depending on the selected rate or offer:
- payment may be required before arrival or during the stay
- a pre-authorization may be made on the credit card before arrival
The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided.
5. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified during booking:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival), 100% of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed in the hotel.
A supplement of CHF 10 per pet per night may apply.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their animals.
8. Parking
Parking spaces are available for hotel guests subject to availability.
Rate: CHF 14 per day.
The hotel accepts no liability for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
9. Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of CHF 3 per person per night applies in accordance with local regulations.
This tax may be included in the room rate or charged separately depending on the booking channel.
10. Non-Smoking Policy
All rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking.
In case of violation, a fixed penalty of CHF 150 will be charged to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
11. Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs resulting from any damage.
The hotel declines responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless otherwise required by law.
12. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and used only for the management of reservations and stays.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Fribourg (Switzerland).
